Hi followers,

I just started my tour in Bolivia. I left Perú with a big smile. It was a great country where I met a lot of great people. We arrived early morning at the border that we crossed by foot before arriving around 11am to Copacabana (not the one on Brasil like everybody thinks but the one right next to lake titi caca). There we met almost only French people. So weird. We started traveling with two girls, Marianne and Sophie, and Étienne. We took the boat to Isla del Sol where we spent the night. We had a great apéritif with a view on the lake and the sun set.

The north of the island wasn't opened. We started walking toward it but a Bolivian guy stopped us and explained that the north and the south of the isla del sol are in a war right now. No tourists should go to the north because it is not safe. We did a loop to go back to the south and two nice farmers told us exactly the same thing. Don't go to the north (because the north remembers ;)).

Back in Copacabana, we took a bus to La Paz where we met again with Fab and Loic. We visited the city all together and went to different Mirador to take some pictures.

We also planned the death road the next day. The death road is a road going down along the mountain where there is not much protection. You crossed some waterfall and rivers. It was amazing. Such a great view and road.

The funny part is that you have to drive on the left side, close to the cliff... Of course :).

That night we departed after all this adventure to Cochabamba for the parque del Torotoro.

See you next time.

Cheers,
